Job Description：
· Establish and lead the Youth Ministry core team, overseeing Sunday worship, teaching, and small group activities.
· Coordinate Youth Fellowship: collaborating with fellow leaders to facilitate engaging bible studies and discussions on practical life applications.
· Provide discipleship training, enabling youth to learn by themselves, to teach others, and to equip others with the ability to teach (2 Timothy 2:2).
· Conduct regular meetings with parents of youths to update them on their youths’ status, offering pastoral care through a caring and loving approach.
· Plan and organize special events (a combination of spiritually minded outdoor activities and community outreach activities): fostering a sound relationship with God among youth and sharing faith & provide life support & care to local youths.
· Cooperate with RCCA’s Children Ministry Department: to ensure smooth transition from Children Sunday School to Youth Program.
Qualifications： • Graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) of an evangelical seminary, in alignment with RCCA’s Statement of Faith (RCCA Statement of Faith). • Fully committed to Christ, serving as a role model for youths in spiritual maturity and character. • Clear calling from God to serve in Youth Ministry, backed by relevant experience (in North America). • Familiarity with North American culture, able to communicate and preach fluently in English; willingness to serve the Chinese community (ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a plus)
